The location was good and perfect for traveling around Pamporovo, very close to the Snejanka tower and the Smolyan lakes and the Rhodope Mountains. I was happy to find Restaurant Fis, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel and served nice food.

The prices for the rooms with 2 bedrooms on the first floor are very reasonable. The staff's attention to detail is impressive, from the basic amenities provided to the comfortable rooms with a view. The breakfast served is also a highlight, with a variety of options available.

We had a decent stay during our Thanksgiving trip. the complimentary breakfast provided a variety of options, including fresh juices and bread. the location was very convenient, within walking distance to the ski lift and local shops. the free spa was definitely a plus and we enjoyed relaxing there after a long day.

The staff was not accommodating and helpful. They were not fluent in English and gave us wrong directions multiple times.

Great location and friendly staff! The hotel is situated just a short walk away from the ski slopes and there is a supermarket nearby which was very convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern which made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated the discount we received for the nearby ski school.

We did have some issues during our stay. the water boiler in our room wasn't always sufficient to provide hot water when we needed it.
